Job Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Development:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, production, and sales) to develop and launch new products.
Analyze market trends and competitor products to inform product development and positioning strategies.
Assist in the creation and management of product roadmaps.
Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement or product adjustments.
Marketing and Promotion:
Develop and execute marketing plans for products, including promotional campaigns, advertising, and online marketing.
Work closely with the sales team to create marketing collateral and sales tools to support product promotion.
Plan and participate in product launches and promotional events.
Stakeholder Management:
Work with vendors and suppliers to manage the procurement and supply of product materials.
Act as the point of contact between internal teams, external stakeholders, and customers.
Product Performance Monitoring:
Monitor product performance in the market and ensure alignment with company goals.
Identify and resolve any issues that affect the product’s performance.
Prepare reports on product performance and market feedback.
Budgeting and Cost Management:
Monitor the product’s budget and ensure cost-effective product development and marketing.
Customer Support:
Provide support to the sales team for customer inquiries, product training, and product-specific issues.
