Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Play a pivotal role in integrating sustainability practices into ARL, driving environmental responsibility, and fostering a culture of social and ethical consciousness.
∎ Drive and implement operational excellence initiatives to optimize efficiency, streamline processes, and enhance overall organizational performance within Akij Resources.
∎ Input production data through Google platforms and the ERP system.
∎ Record Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and other Single Source of Truth (SSOT) reports.
∎ Ensure the workers are following the developed Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
∎ Conduct quality checks at every step of the production process to ensure high-quality output with the alignment of QC department.
∎ Implement technical processes to achieve daily production targets.
∎ Ensure the quality of raw materials and equipment used in the production process.
∎ Prepare the production floor for daily operations.
∎ Supervise worker and their activities during the shift.
∎ Ensure a safe, sound, and conducive working environment.
∎ Execute plans for minimizing wastage during production.
