Google Suit, LEAN Manufacturing, Microsoft Office Suite, Production
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Agro based firms (incl. Agro Processing/Seed/GM), Manufacturing (FMCG)
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Establishing Operational Excellence (OPEX) for plant
∎ Ensure 5S & regular check OPEX activity
∎ Ensure Control plan audit & Conduct GEMBA walk
∎ Assist in Time study analysis for all types of functional machines
∎ Setting Standard minute value (SMV)
∎ Identify efficiency and utilization of manpower and machines
∎ Assist in analyzing daily work in progress (WIP) and comparing with planned efficiency
∎ Assist in New product development Strategy, and drive the deployment of that strategy through tactical planning and execution
∎ Increase OEE & Ensure 5S
∎ Must take initiative on lean manufacturing, learning of lean tools and looking for scope of implementation in the factory by ensuring proper raw material consumption
∎ To maintain and work on waste minimization and to reduce major defects of products to improve quality
∎ Implement Operational Excellence Road Map across the plant, assists in designing, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining the Quality Management System (QMS)
∎ Introduce TPM for effective maintenance and focus on keeping all equipment in top condition to avoid breakdowns and delays in manufacturing processes
∎ Lead the functional Operational Excellence team and program by actively networking with peers from the community and promote the culture of sharing best practices
∎ Carry on any other task / duties assigned by the Management
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 27 years

∎ Experienced in Rice Mill will get extra advantage.
