∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Wood Technology, Master of Science (MSc) in Wood Technology
∎ Khulna University students will get preference
∎ Skills Required: Excel and Microsoft Office

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Oversee production process to achieve set target of the company.
∎ Controlling raw material feeding process.
∎ Checking all production parameters of all section in a regular interval.
∎ Involve to reduce wastage as much as possible in the production process.
∎ Controlling manpower of an individual shift.
∎ Ensuring quality of produced board.
∎ Identifying problems and preparing maintenance list of all sections.
∎ Preparing shift report and reviewing production and down time report to increase productivity.
∎ Motivating subordinate to follow company's rules and regulations as well as safety factors.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 35 years

Salary: Negotiable
