Job Responsibilities:
∎ Troubleshoot solve & install all kinds of hardware & accessories, networking, printer, Software, CCTV, Attendance machine etc. and follow up users for any support issues (requisitions, pending, and acknowledgement).
∎ Install, configure & manage devices.
∎ Manage procurement of ICT Equipment and accessories
∎ Provide monthly budget vs. expense report to management
∎ Ensure network security
∎ To ensure a virus & spam free environment.
∎ Provide technical support to head office
∎ Maintain inventory of IT equipment
∎ Operating hardware, networking & sharing.
∎ Prepare, maintain and filing various documents.
∎ Any other task assign by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 35 years
Salary:
∎ Tk. 16189 (Monthly)
∎ Negotiable for more experienced candidate
