Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Human Resource Management

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
∎ Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process
∎ Facilitating new comer joining formalities
∎ Coordinate training and development programs and keeping training record
∎ Assist in performance management processes
∎ Maintain and update personal files of employees
∎ Maintenance and keeping record of Leave and Attendance
∎ Arranging payment of all kind of employee benefits
∎ Arranging all kind of vendor payment
∎ Preparing report as assigned by the Management as and when necessary
∎ Provide administrative support to the Human Resources team
∎ Issuance of purchase orders/Work Order for HR/Admin activities/events and co-ordinate with vendors in the billing process.
∎ Co-operate in all administrative work of the office
∎ Properly preserve all the necessary official documents
∎ Maintain CCTV camera
∎ Any others jobs assigned by Departmental Head and Management from time to time

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 30 years

Salary: Negotiable
