∎ Job Summary: We are on the lookout for a proficient Assistant Network & Systems Engineer to fortify our ICT department. This role is pivotal in managing and enhancing our network infrastructure and critical systems.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Network Management : Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of our hospital's network infrastructure.
∎ Ensure the seamless functioning of the hospital's local and wide-area networks.
∎ Monitor network performance, identifying and swiftly resolving issues to maintain uptime and efficiency.
∎ Collaborate with IT teams to implement network security measures.
∎ Stay current with emerging networking technologies and propose relevant upgrades.
∎ Systems Administration: Manage the configuration, installation, and maintenance of our server systems.
∎ Ensure system reliability, security, and optimal performance.
∎ Implement backup and disaster recovery plans for critical systems.
∎ Collaborate with other departments to meet their system requirements.
∎ Stay updated on our system software, recommending updates and improvements as needed.
∎ Security Protocols: Assist in maintaining the security of our network and systems.
∎ Participate in security audits, vulnerability assessments, and compliance checks.
∎ Collaborate with the Database & Security Engineer to implement comprehensive security measures.
∎ Respond to and mitigate security incidents effectively.
∎ Documentation & Reporting: Create and maintain documentation for network configurations, system setups, and best practices.
∎ Prepare regular reports on network and system performance, security audits, and incident response.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at most 32 years
∎ Strong knowledge of network protocols, technologies, and best practices.
∎ Proficiency in Windows server administration.
∎ Candidate should possess the ability to work effectively under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
