Experience Requirements:
∎ 1 to 2 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): ISP, IT Enabled Service
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Designs, configures and maintains nationwide ISP RF networks
∎ Configure and support controller based Wi-Fi and enterprise NMS
∎ Clear concept on RF behavior
∎ Spectrum analyzer frequency planning, cell planning knowledge
∎ Addresses issues regarding network systems, software, and hardware issues
∎ Follows up on problem escalation path
∎ Should have knowledge about RF site survey, installation, service commissioning and proper maintenance plan
∎ Maintains up to date & accurate records in the Incident taking system and various knowledge management databases
∎ Create & maintain detailed network/configuration documentation
∎ Respond to infrastructure downtime by taking appropriate action to correct affected systems

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 24 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ The candidate should be a demonstrated self-starter that is able to work in a fluid, broadly-defined, rapidly-evolving environment with minimal direct supervision
∎ Additional responsibilities include special projects, asset management, and other computer related activities
∎ Understand the general network protocols and TCP/IP stack
∎ Strong knowledge and experience with network protocols, e.g. IP, TCP, DHCP etc.
∎ Extensive relevant work experience in designing, tuning and optimizing high-capacity wireless network
∎ Experience with wireless packet captures and analysis
∎ Frequency distribution and cell planning knowledge
∎ Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills
∎ Experience with multi process/thread programming
∎ Familiar with network system installations, configurations, and troubleshooting
∎ Ability to analyze network and/or Wi-Fi traces

Salary: Tk. 10000 - 15000 (Monthly)
