∎ Ability to work well under pressure and deadline environments.
∎ Ability to translate highly technical information to end user customers and staff.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Perform site survey of remote locations to ensure quality installation of all racks, equipment power plants, fiber cable, etc. Report any and all defects to the Higher Key.
∎ Participate in on-call rotation schedule for nights and weekends.
∎ Perform other duties and responsibilities as required and assigned.
∎ Work outdoors in all kinds of weather and at all times of the day or night
∎ Work performed near power lines and electricity.
∎ Prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing information.
∎ Coordinate with network operation team to ensure rollout plan and service delivery.
∎ Manage field operation team and report to line Manager.
∎ Splicing fiber cable for large cable transfers·
∎ Graphical Design for Cable maintenance, Connection testing.
∎ Serve as a technical resource for staff on all fiber related areas and technical procedures.
∎ As the PoP In-charge, he will be accountable for all aspects of PoP maintenance and related responsibilities.
∎ He is also expected to perform any additional tasks assigned by his Supervisor/Team Leader.
