∎ BSC in CSE/EEE/ECE/Telecommunication or equivalents
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: CCNA,CCNP
∎ Skills Required: Collaboration, Communication, Cyber Security, Hybrid Datacenter, Network Administration
Experience Requirements:
∎ 3 to 5 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in managing and administrating network equipment including Router, Swicth, Hub, and Cabling.
∎ Assist in managing and administrating monitoring tools including Grafana, NMS, Nagios, ntopng, chronograf.
∎ Participate in managing ISP operations and bandwidth management.
∎ Participate in managing administrating security & compliance management tools including Next Generation Firewall- SonicWall & Pfsense, CISCO ASA, Secure Remote Worker- Thinscale, Pentesting and Vulnerability Patch Management.
∎ Support in managing Next Generation Antivirus- XDR including SentinelOne.
∎ Support in managing and maintaining standard datacenter operations.
∎ Ensure support and adherence with related policies, SOPs, audit, and compliance requirements including SOC 2, ISO 9001, ISO 27001.
∎ Develop and maintain internal technical documentation and manuals.
∎ Participate in related functional and cross-functional projects.
∎ Build, manage & maintain relationships with respective suppliers & stakeholders.
