Responsibilities & Context:
Anywhere in Bangladesh for project based assignment for supervision of works at Pourashavas/City Corporations level. The Assistant Municipal Engineer (AME) will supervise the work of Pourashava/City Corporation in close co-operation of the Pourashava/City Corporation engineers.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to the following:
- Assist for planning, selection, preparation of O&M plans,
- Implementation of O&M sub-projects, prepare estimates of O&M works,
- Preparation of bid document, detail design and estimate tender evaluation and contract award process,
- Ensure the quality of the works, contract administration and supervision to ensure quality control, certify bills.
