M&M Travelling Goods (BD) Ltd., a 100% export-oriented bag manufacturing company, is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Merchandising Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in planning, sourcing, and coordinating production to ensure timely delivery of export orders while maintaining quality and cost efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Merchandising Manager in day-to-day operations.
- Coordinate with production, sourcing, and quality control teams.
- Liaise with overseas buyers to follow up on order specifications and requirements.
- Monitor production schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare reports on order status, production progress, and shipment schedules.
- Analyze market trends and suggest improvements for product development.
