Requirements:
Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Plan and manage production based on approved budgets and design requirements.
∎ Calculate producer capacity and lead time according to the production plan.
∎ Coordinate with designers and raw store teams to utilize available stock and finalize fabric selection.
∎ Prepare and maintain Time & Action (T&A) plans and ensure on-time execution.
∎ Ensure layout and sample handover in coordination with the design team.
∎ Prepare layout/sample status reports including receipt, balance, and on-time status.
∎ Place fabric and material orders in collaboration with procurement and suppliers.
∎ Prepare and verify BOM (Bill of Materials) based on approved layouts and samples.
∎ Check fabric and raw material stock; arrange alternative sourcing when required.
∎ Ensure proper documentation and accuracy in layout/sample tech packs.
∎ Organize and conduct PP meetings, highlight any changes in PP vs. sample.
∎ Confirm labeling, trims, fabric shrinkage, stitching threads, and quality parameters.
∎ Handover production tech packs, fabric, trims, and work orders to producers.
∎ Monitor QC during production and resolve any quality or process-related issues.
∎ Coordinate with finance team for producer billing based on QC reports.
∎ Ensure timely delivery of final goods to the Finished Goods (FG) store.
∎ Regularly update production files and maintain strong communication with all departments.
∎ Conduct regular visits to producer factories and follow up on production progress.
