Responsibilities & Context:
Handle retail sales operational issues of retail sales.
Deal stock for all products for each outlet based on sales & stock analysis.
Sales & Stock analysis and set new sales projection.
Plan & execute slow moving products liquidation.
Initiatives to increase per sft sales through product diversity.
Supervise all staff to operate the retail stores smoothly.
Operations for planning & executing sales promotions and Profit protection.
