Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Candidates who have experienced on Inditex, Zara, Pull & Bear, Bershka, Primark, Mango, Tommy Hilfiger, Calvin Klein, Gloria jeans will get preference.
∎ Should be well-groomed, smart, and energetic
∎ Strong presentation and delivery skills
∎ Strong attention to detail and accuracy, aiming for perfection.Excellent written and verbal communication both in Bangla and English
∎ IT proficiency - advance level skill is a MUST in MS Office package (Especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Outlook)·Should be proactive and dynamic, ability to work hard efficiently
∎ Ability to multitask and remain organized, meet deadlines
∎ Handle day-to-day regular Merchandising activities
∎ Sample and trims development for new inquiries
∎ Establish communication with suppliers, and buyer for solving any requirement for sampling and production.
∎ Responsible for bulk fabric and trims booking for smooth shipment.
∎ Coordinate with buyers, supplier and production unite for merchandising activities.
∎ Understand and follow customer procedures for order fulfillment.Responsible for the coordination of daily operational activities in fabric, pre-production sample development, costing and production tracking.
∎ Work with internal departments to ensure quality, production and timely delivery of goods.
∎ Recognize challenges with supply and manufacturing and address them when they arise.Manage additional duties that the management assigns you.
∎ Follow-up on the production line, along with all associated internal and customer system-related tasks.Most importantly, all major issues must be shared with teammates to resolve immediately.
