Job Responsibilities:
∎ 1. Maintain proper execution of T&A Plan regular basis to ensure on time delivery with right quality and quantity.
∎ 2. Weekly/ monthly T&A status review & initiate required action to achieve T&A.
∎ 3. Follow-up sub-contract, preparation of work order, ensure quality production and on-time delivery.
∎ 4. Strong in analyzing fabric specifications, color, quality, defects, etc. and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers about price and others issues.
∎ 5. Ensure necessary fabrics, accessories, materials for production as per requirement after Identifying & evaluating the right supplier.
∎ 6. Consider & prepare plan for Value addition like Embroidery, Handwork, Karchupi, Wash, Print & Others.
∎ 7. Stock uses/ availability report to ensure proper utilization.
∎ 8. Co-ordinate and maintain a good relationship with all internal and external stakeholders.
∎ 9. Work closely with QC dept. to ensure final product. Keep close contact with MCD to know the actual in-house status of fabric and inform the same to factory management in well ahead.
∎ 10. Good in maintaining team work and able to work with cross functional team holders.
∎ 11. Proactive continuous update reporting system. Documentation of work to improve efficiency of process and avoid work repetition
∎ 12. Carry out any other job assigned by the management.
