Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new samples as per buyer's standard, specification, and quality;
∎ Follow-up lab-dip development and getting approval from the buyer's end;
∎ Follow-up the preparation of style, size set, seal samples with special care;
∎ Conduct market analysis of new demand and marketing for new designed product;
∎ Negotiate with suppliers about price and others issues;
∎ Communicate with print/emb./washing suppliers to develop new designs as per buyer request;
∎ Maintain required database and prepare required reports and presentation;
∎ Material Booking & In House Bulk order follow up;
∎ Any other task assigned by the management.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 25 years

∎ Capable of communicating and negotiating with buyer
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
