• Age At least 25 years

• Capable of communicating and negotiating with buyer
• Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker
• Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities
• Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives
• Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work
• Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Position 1:

1.Front-line communication with Buyer
2.Costing, Development & Sourcing
3.Leading Bulk Production Follow-up
4.Coordinating cross functional teams like Design Team, PDC, 5.Textile, Garment Sewing Unit, BP, CP and other logistics
6. Experience of Handling J'Crew, Tommy Hilfiger and Target Australia.

Position 2:

1.Do Follow up Bulk Production & Merchandising
2.Do Follow up Sampling & Updating
3.Creating Trims & Accessories Booking
3.Sample Requisition
4.Sample & Production Follow up
5.Coordinating with R&D, Design Studio & PDC
6.SS/PP Meeting & Factory Support
7.ERP Update and Report Generate
