Job Responsibilities:
∎ Develop new samples as per buyer's standard, specification, and quality;
∎ Follow-up lab-dip development and getting approval from the buyer's end;
∎ Follow-up the preparation of style, size set, seal samples with special care;
∎ Conduct market analysis of new demand and marketing for new designed product;
∎ Negotiate with suppliers about price and others issues;
∎ Communicate with print/emb./washing suppliers to develop new designs as per buyer request
∎ Maintain required database and prepare required reports and presentation.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 30 years
∎ Work experience with large buyer will get preference
∎ The incumbent should have at least 1/2 years work experience in development merchandising with large knit garments.
∎ Excellent communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Strong analytical & leadership ability and work as a strategic thinker.
∎ Positive work ethics and result oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good team work.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: Negotiable
