Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor degree in any discipline
∎ • 3 years or above experience in sales within the manufacturing industry
∎ • Familiar with merchandising and product development process
∎ • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
∎ • Excellent communication skills with overseas customers and vendors are essential
∎ • Fast learner, self-motivated, well-organized and able to work under pressure
∎ • communicate effectively with internal and external parties
∎ • Well organized individual, detail minded, able to manage multiple tasks, strong problem-solving skills, able to meet deadlines
∎ • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Outlook
Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Customer Support/ Client Service, Marchendising, Sales & Marketing
∎ Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
Job Responsibilities:
∎ • Responsible for product development, sourcing, sampling, costing and order follow up
∎ • Build up strong working relationship, communication platform and schedules with customers and their teams
∎ • Observe and understand in detail the customers' needs and provide as much support as possible
∎ • Manage quotations to customers by working collaboratively with cross functional teams, efficiently, accurately & on a timely manner
∎ • Liaise and communicate with customers, designers, engineers and other internal parties for the order requirements
∎ • Coordinate with factory to monitor production status and schedule
∎ • Monitor the delivery schedule and coordinate with internal parties for delivery arrangement
∎ • Perform ad hoc tasks as required
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 22 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Candidates also be proficient in both verbal and written in English & Bangla.
∎ Candidates must have to be smart, energetic and presentable.
∎ Have learning attitude & interested to work in a diversified environment with honesty, sincerity.
∎ Must have the mentality to work as a team member
∎ Basic Computer knowledge (MS Office Package & Internet)
∎ Have 1-5 years' experience in an optical manufacturer industry will be given preference
