Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for all supervision of all testing activity.       Monitoring the progress of the tests.
∎ Performing reviewing/checking on test reports from laboratory staff and/or other offices to ensure that the reports are up to the customer’s requirement.
∎ Supervise all kind of correlation as well as proficiency test up to result along with arrange to send the tested specimen & test report to related Client/organization.
∎ Ensure the stock of consumable items maintained properly and acknowledge to the management whenever necessary to place the order.
∎ Ensuring that the required environmental conditions are maintained properly.
∎ Acknowledge to superior when any equipment needs calibration or maintenance.
∎ Arranging training to subordinates and keeps training record.
∎ Managing and developing a team of laboratory staff and supervising them for completing the testing on time and to the customer satisfaction.
