Additional Requirements:
- Age At least 30 years
- Strong understanding of apparel inspection processes .
- In-depth technical knowledge of apparel item .
- Familiarity with ISO/IEC 17020:2012 (Conformity assessment – Requirements for the operation of various types of bodies performing inspection).
- Ability to interpret and apply ISO standards in practical scenarios.
- Leadership and team management skills for guiding inspectors.
- Analytical and problem-solving ability under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills for training and reporting.
- Third-party inspection experience is highly preferred (e.g., working with independent inspection agencies or certification bodies).
- Prior experience in inspection and quality assurance within the textile/apparel industry.
- Exposure to audits and compliance related to ISO standards.
Responsibilities & Context:
- Train and mentor inspectors on different product(Soft and Hard goods).
- Make critical decisions in challenging situations to maintain quality and timelines.
- Implement and monitor ISO standards relevant to inspection .
