Responsibilities & Context:
  • Lead and support ERP system implementation, configuration, upgrades, and continuous system improvements.
  • Generate and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports to support management decision-making.
  • Maintain and manage organizational databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, security, and regular backups.
  • Provide technical support to end users and troubleshoot ERP- and system-related issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate closely with IT, Finance, HR, and other departments to ensure smooth system operations and data flow.
  • Analyze business and system data to deliver insights, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements.
  • Develop, update, and maintain SOPs and documentation related to system operations, reporting, and workflows.
  • Monitor system performance and recommend enhancements, automation opportunities, and efficiency improvements.
  • Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot LAN/WAN networks, including switches, routers, access points, structured cabling, and internet connectivity.
  • Install, configure, and update Windows OS, office applications, antivirus software, and ensure compliance with IT security policies and standards.
