Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Ensure sample handling and report generation are carried out accurately as per SOPs, methods, and client requirements.
∎ Maintain clients’ agreed TAT (Turnaround Time) for all test results.
∎ Prepare for all types of audits, both internal and external.
∎ Receive and record complaints, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
∎ Coordinate with the QA team and update records in alignment with the Quality Policy.
∎ Organize and monitor training, quality checks, and staff productivity.
∎ Check and sign off on test reports to ensure accuracy.
