• Strong client management, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.

• In-depth understanding of MSSP frameworks, cybersecurity architecture, and tools (e.g., Fortinet, Palo Alto, QRadar, Splunk). Specially, Fortinet hardware and virtual appliances (e.g., FortiGate, FortiDDoS, FortiZTNA, FortiAuthenticator, FortiPAM, FortiADC, FortiWeb, FortiSIEM/SOAR, FortiEDR, FortiNAC, etc.

• Proficient in handling escalations, incidents, and change management processes.-Flexible with work hours during critical events or shifts.

• Experience in managing SOC or security projects is a plus.

• Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities and attention to detail.

• Oversee end-to-end account management for Pico’s Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) operations.

• Serve as the key liaison for strategic clients, ensuring effective delivery of managed security solutions.

• Monitor the performance of security systems, including firewalls, SIEM, endpoint protection, and cloud security.

• Coordinate with internal security teams and external stakeholders to ensure SLA adherence and threat mitigation.

• Supervise security operations center (SOC) activities, threat analysis, and incident response.

• Guide project implementations, new deployments, and upgrades for managed security platforms.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards and frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, GDPR).

• Develop and maintain documentation, including process flows, client reports, and SOPs.

• Conduct regular risk assessments and suggest improvements for client security postures.
