  • Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, work across cross-functional teams, and meet tight deadlines.

  • High level of analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.

  • Willingness to travel occasionally to client sites or event locations as required.

  • Proficient in using BI tools, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and basic graphics/video editing software.

  • Strong understanding of ICT industry trends, especially in Cloud, Telecom, and IT-enabled services.

  • Must demonstrate leadership qualities, team spirit, and the ability to work in a small, high-effort team environment.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Manage accounts related to System Integration and Scheduled Maintenance activities conducted either by MCSP or clients.

  • Oversee Service Level Agreements (SLA), with or without CSSP involvement, ensuring compliance and performance from both MCSP and client sides.

  • Handle account-related processes such as Migration, Onboarding, and Offboarding, coordinating with internal teams and clients.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the assigned account’s Operation Centers (e.g., NOC, SOC, Customer Care), ensuring seamless service delivery.

  • Coordinate and collaborate with Account Managers from other disciplines to align strategies and operational goals.

  • Prepare and submit monthly account performance reports for the relevant function and/or department.

  • Take full ownership of the account, managing both internal coordination and external client relations.

  • Work closely with various teams and departments to enhance overall efficiency, productivity, and service quality.
