∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering/ Industial Engineering (IPE/IE) from a reputed University.
∎ B.Sc in Industrial & Production Engineering/ Industial Engineering (IPE/IE) from a reputed University.

∎ Proven 5–10 years of experience in garments industry, working with global buyers such as GAP Inc, M&S, A&F, ZARA, LEVI’S and familiar with quality standards of H&M, UNIQLO, Walmart, etc.
∎ Capable of Managing the IE department independently.
∎ Must be enthusiastic and committed to achievement and result oriented.
∎ Good Communication skill.
∎ Must have the ability to work under pressure.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Production Planning & Control: Develop master production schedules to meet export deadlines, ensuring alignment with customer orders and sales forecasts. Prepare departmental workflows and adapt plans for delays or unexpected issues, ensure line balancing, optimize line capacity, and monitor WIP for on-time delivery.
∎ Process Improvement & Efficiency: Conduct method studies, time-motion studies, and implement lean manufacturing techniques to enhance productivity and minimize waste.
∎ Resource & Cost Optimization: Monitor man-machine ratio, calculate SMVs, CPM, and ensure optimal utilization of manpower and equipment.
∎ Quality & Compliance: Support quality standards and compliance, ensuring process flows and bundling systems are maintained.
∎ Data & KPI Management: Track and analyze production KPIs, prepare reports, forecasts, and drive data-driven decision-making.
∎ Training & Team Leadership: Lead the IE team, conduct skill assessments, initiate training, and build team capacity through mentoring and development.
∎ Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with production, merchandising, planning, and quality teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement.
∎ Strategic & Lean Initiatives: Align IE goals with business strategies, drive lean implementation, and spearhead cost-reduction and automation initiatives.
∎ Cross-Departmental Analysis: Conduct time and motion studies across various departments (e.g., Cutting, Finishing, Packing, Quality, Admin etc.) to identify inefficiencies and standardize processes.
∎ We are looking for an experienced Industrial Engineer to optimize production at our garments manufacturing unit. The role focuses on improving productivity, reducing costs, enhancing process flow, and applying lean manufacturing principles to ensure overall operational efficiency.
