Responsibilities & Context:
- Oversaw through the production capacity load evaluation, statistical data analysis and calculation, forecast, formulation and audit of a more reasonable production plan.
- Production planning according to T &A and 100% capacity utilization in minimum cost.
- Declared monthly sales plan and go for it to achieve.
- Update production planning from time to time according to the current situation and take corrective action.
- Work to implement plan and reduce plan vs actual gap.
- Calculated departments KPIs to evaluate performance.
- Any other work assigned by the management.
