∎ BSc. in any discipline from any University of Bangladesh

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Welding Electrode

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Monitor overall production activities and team performance in order to achieve targeted production of Welding Electrodes
∎ Set production target and prepare plan to executive within time frame
∎ Maintain the efficiency of machine and manpower to ensure optimum utilization of production capacity
∎ Manage & prioritize all production process to implement production plan and utilize equipment and machines
∎ Develop policies & procedure to reduce cost & wastage of production
∎ Ensure product quality by analysis chemical & Mechanical properties as per standard
∎ Conduct root cause analysis for rejection or customer complaints & take corrective action
∎ Prepare daily & monthly production report of Welding Electrodes and submit to the management on regular basis

Additional Requirements:
∎ Should have proven experience in ERP Software
∎ Interpersonal and leadership skill
∎ Excellent communication and coordination skill.
∎ Ability of hazard identification
∎ Practical experience in Microsoft package
