Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Responsible for managing and maintaining sales-related information systems specifically for the food industry sector. Strong data analysis skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Also responsible for managing and analyzing data, generating reports, and providing insights to support decision-making within the organization.
∎ Develop and manage databases, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality specific to sales operations in the food industry. Ensure all kinds of data entry also sales personnel entry in software.
∎ Analyze sales data and generate reports to support business decisions within the Sales Department. Create dashboards and visualizations to present sales data insights. Should be excellent in excel, and other analytical software’s. Also should understand the specifications of the data to prepare an authentic MIS report.
∎ Monthly target set, attendance, ta/da, incentive and others financial benefits sheet/report prepared and compile as per company policy. Drive a holistic approach to MIS support and improve administrative efficiencies.
∎ Daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and yearly data analytical ability. Prepared trivial MIS reports and any kind of job of MIS. Synchronize with the team members in collecting sales data (primary, secondary, Sku wise & individually.
∎ Ensure staff are appropriately trained and updating is undertaken in order to provide accurate data and excellent customer service. Lead and provide hands on technical expertise on a range of projects involving the implementation of new and existing systems, solutions and processes.
∎ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs; communicate findings and insights to stakeholders through clear visualizations and presentations. Conduct data analysis for business decisions and utilize tools such as Google Sheets, Excel, Office 365 Platform, and MS PowerPoint Slide.
∎ Manage queries/issues between the colleague and main MIS software providers to ensure that systems are maintained, available and fit for purpose. Coordinate the testing and implementation of MIS related system upgrades to ensure the Colleague is on the latest versions in a timely manner.
∎ Receiving and processing purchase orders also verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details. Issuing sales transaction invoices.
∎ Monitor and maintain the performance of information systems related to sales operations. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to sales data and information systems. Coordinate with the Sales Department for system upgrades and maintenance as needed.
∎ Cooperate and coordinate with other departments (accounts, IT, HR, logistics, depot and factory all related issues. Supporting the MIS and Sales Team all kinds of administrative issues.
