Job Responsibilities
Develop new market, potential customers and new orders through promoting organization strength and maintaining continuous customer relation and communication.
Follow up overall orders and manage team members to meet ultimate business and performance goal.
Ensure sample and bulk shipment as per customer`s requirement Guide garments costing, payment condition, Mode of shipment, any others terms and condition and order confirm with customer.
Monitor confirmed price and order placing in the factory for sub-contracts. Follow up Time and Action plan.
Control production process to ensure quality shipment within deadline.
Coordinate and follow up with QC department, commercial department, accessories factory etc. and other relevant entity to ensure smooth production, shipment and payment.
Motivate, develop and inspire the team members to be customer focused and perform according to expected level.
Ensure regular customer communication for expansion of potential market and business growth.
Any other task as assigned by the appropriate authority.
