∎ Other Requirements: Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities & Context:
∎ Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets for fish feed products in assigned regions.
∎ Identify and target potential clients, including fish farmers, distributors, and retailers.
∎ Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends to align with business objectives.
∎ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
∎ Provide clients with technical support and product information to ensure satisfaction and retention.
∎ Respond to inquiries and resolve client issues in a timely and professional manner.
∎ Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, trade shows, and promotional events.
∎ Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and sales tools.
∎ Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for clients and potential customers.
∎ Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates on progress and target achievements.
∎ Analyze sales data and market feedback to recommend improvements in products, pricing, and strategies.
∎ Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts and reports for senior management.
∎ Work closely with the sales and distribution team to ensure timely product delivery and customer satisfaction.
∎ Mentor and support junior sales staff, providing guidance on best practices and sales techniques.
∎ Coordinate with other departments, including production and logistics, to align sales goals with supply.
∎ Maintain in-depth knowledge of fish feed products, including composition, usage, and benefits.
∎ Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor products, and new market opportunities.
∎ Gather insights from customers and the field to recommend new products or modifications to existing ones.
