∎ BBA/MBA in Marketing with Branding and Communications course. Graduates in other disciplines with relevant background may also apply.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Prepare quarterly strategic plan and product branding plan
∎ Generation of ideas to change/ improvise and develop promotional strategies and programs.
∎ Arrange brand activation programs, monitor competitor's products, sales and marketing activities; establish and maintain a consistent corporate image throughout all product lines, promotional material, and events.
∎ Generate ideas and performing activities for creating brand awareness
∎ Monitor competitors' branding activities and perform brand protection activities
∎ Prepare annual branding activity plan for different segment of products

Additional Requirements:
∎ Five (5) years of experience in similar role in Bank/NBFIs, or relevant fields.
∎ Good command over written and oral communication skills in English with positive mind-set.
∎ Sound knowledge in Microsoft-Office and other basic operations of computer.
∎ Self driven and innovative leadership attitude
∎ Strong brand communicating skill with drafting and maintenance of long-term branding strategies/policies
∎ Good planning and organizations skills
∎ The ability to work under pressure.
∎ Ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks.
