Transport Operation, Vehicle Movement
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Communicate with company owned Prime Mover along with 10 Wheeler Vehicles on regular basis.
∎ Arrange required number of vehicles from outside transport agency in terms of shortage of company owned vehicles.
∎ Coordinate with respective C&F dept. to set import & Export cargo delivery program on regular basis and arrange required vehicles to carry out the cargo operation smoothly.
∎ Perform necessary activities with oversize cargo for smoothest delivery.
∎ Participate in direct delivery of cargo from vessel’s hook point to make the sufficient vehicles on urgent basis.
∎ Ensure the return of the container to the depot in port within the required time.
∎ Prepare report on company owned prime mover along with 10 wheeler vehicles movement daily basis.
∎ Update the work progress to the line manager regularly.
