Experience:
Post-Graduate. Masters in Social Science will be given preference.
5 years of working experience in NGO/INGO in the relevant field.
Basic computer skills in MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Exceptional facilitation skills.
Excellent written skills including the ability to write reports, procedures/manuals, and various training materials. Must be skilled in instructional design.
Ability to work independently and/or as a team in a fast-paced, multi-task environment.
Creative ability to include appropriate design layout of presentation/training material.
Must have work experience in microfinance activities, which will be considered an additional qualification.
Jagorani Chakra Foundation (JCF) is a national voluntary social welfare organization. JCF is inviting application for the position of Assistant Manager (Training) from competent candidates.
Job Responsibility:
Managing and conducting training courses within the approved budget.
Organize and conduct Training, Orientation, and workshop courses as per plan.
To conduct training sessions for staff and beneficiaries as per schedule.
To prepare Training/ Orientation and workshop reports and documentation.
Assist in preparing Training Modules, Schedule, Materials, and Curriculum outlines for staff and beneficiaries.
Assist in designing of Staffs and Beneficiaries training courses through TNA.
To prepare monthly, Quarterly, and Annual Training plans and progress reports.
Communication and Liaison with various programs, projects, and departments within the organization and outside.
Participate in Various training, meetings, workshops, and orientations as per the management decision of the organization.
Assist in developing the annual plan and budget of the Training unit.
Maintain humanitarian national and international standards applicable.
Follow the organization's Child Safeguarding, Protection from Sexual Exploitation and Abuse (PSEA), Gender, and Whistle Blowing Policy.
During the probationary period of 6 months, the consolidated monthly salary will be Tk. 33,000. After the probationary period, the service will be regularized and the monthly salary will be Tk. 41,165 and other admissible benefits as per organizational policy.
