Job Responsibilities:
∎ • To receive incumbents & coordinating documentation & medical process of workers.
∎ • To ensure all newly joined workers handover & PPE.
∎ • To ensure all newly joined staff induction and handover.
∎ • Monitoring all worker’s training schedule
∎ • Following up skill upgradation of campus trainees.
∎ • Monitoring all campus related registers.
∎ • Monitoring all works of campus Welfare.
∎ • Ensuring people management of progress campus.
∎ • Ensuring workers onboarding Kits (Uniform, Mask & Scarf, Water pot)
∎ • Preparing training module for both workers and staffs & providing training.
∎ • Assisting Sr. Manager TM to finalize TNA for both workers and staffs.
∎ • Ensuring monitoring SMO development for any ramp up line.
∎ • Ensuring P2P Counselling for supervisors.
∎ • Attending 20 hours in house training per month.
∎ • Preparing monthly training calendar for both workers and staffs.
∎ • Coordinating in all inhouse trainings.
∎ • Preparing & reporting monthly consolidated report on progress campus.
∎ • Acting in a supportive role to implement HR projects.
∎ • Screening campus trainee at the time of recruitment with various evaluation process.
∎ • Achieving departmental objectives as a team.
∎ • Bringing innovative ideas for organizational development.
∎ • Monitoring organizational culture & recommend necessary changes.
∎ • Any task assigned by LM & HOD.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 40 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must possess good command in spoken & written English and Bengali,
∎ Must have effective communication skill,
∎ Must be smart, energetic, confidant, self-motivated & good interpersonal skills,
∎ Should be sincere, polite, dynamic, hardworking & willing to work under pressure.
