Job Summary:

* We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Tour Operator and Operations Specialist (Inbound) to join our team. The ideal candidate will design, coordinate and manage inbound travel itineraries, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer experiences. This role requires a deep understanding of the travel industry, excellent communication skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks with ease.

Job Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, organize and execute inbound tour packages for individuals, groups and corporate clients.
  • Coordinate with local vendors, hotels, transportation providers and guides to ensure high quality service delivery.
  • Customize travel itineraries based on client preferences, budgets and special requirements.
  • Manage all operational aspects of tours including bookings, reservations and logistics.
  • Provide pre-trip and on-trip support to clients, promptly resolving any issues or concerns.
  • Monitor health, safety and regulatory standards and ensure compliance.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts to ensure competitive rates.
  • Stay up to date on travel trends, destination knowledge and industry developments.
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback and complaints in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports and documentation related to tour operations.
  • Strong knowledge of local and international travel markets.
  • Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage complex itineraries and resolve issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Responsibilities and Background:
  • Oversee the planning, organization and execution of tours, ensuring that all logistics (transportation, accommodation, activities) are properly arranged for clients.
  • Meet with clients to discuss their travel preferences and customize tour packages that meet their needs and expectations.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with local hotels, transport providers, guides and other service providers to ensure high quality service for clients.
  • Provide supervision and guidance to tour guides, drivers and other operational staff to ensure smooth operation and customer service.
  • Resolve and resolve any issues during the tour, ensuring client satisfaction and smooth operation.
