∎ 4 to 6 year(s)
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist the research and analysis of competitive landscape, customers, product metrics, and latest internet trends to identify and fill product gaps and generate new ideas that grow market share, improve customer experience and drive growth and conversion
∎ Assist in the definition of delivery scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
∎ Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of deliveries
∎ Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact
∎ Coordinate beta testing of new products and features. Document and report problems and recommend solutions/improvements to program managers. Participate in product performance benchmarking activities.
∎ Participate in business process changes that may affect the company's ability to identify, monitor or collect revenue (e.g., new system implementations/upgrades, new product roll outs, etc.)
∎ Assist to Define success criteria for testing and product acceptance.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Coming from a top-tier management consulting, multinational tech, investment banking is preferred
∎ Proven ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management
∎ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and strong intuitions of user behaviors
∎ A strong drive to make things happen, charisma, and ability to influence
∎ Passion in making the world better through technology
∎ Excellent communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
∎ Independent self-starter and flexible team player
∎ Ability to work overtime as required including nights and weekends
