Hardware & Networking, Server Management, Software Implementation, Switches/ Routers
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
IT Enabled Service, Software Company
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Maintain business relationships with different types of government and private clients to increase the business.
∎ Accomplish subsidiary objectives by establishing plans, budgets, and results measurements; allocating resources; reviewing progress; making mid-course corrections.
∎ Builds company images by collaborating with customers; enforcing ethical business practices. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
∎ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
∎ Frequent and objective reporting towards the head of the department.
∎ Meeting with clients about upcoming projects and presentations on-demand.
∎ Communicate with various vendors and product principles.
∎ Compliance with the technical data sheet with products.
∎ Prepare the tender documents as per the PPR and e-Tender.
∎ In depth knowledge about BG/ PG margins, Interest Reductions, L/C, Custom's Dealings including VAT, Tax, ATP, AIT, AIT, IT, CD, CNF Dealings etc.
∎ Preparing in all types of tenders and EoI. E.g. OTM-Two Envelope, One Envelope, DPM, LTM, CPTU processes.
∎ Contact with vendor and manufacturer for product specifications, price quotation and Manufacturer's Authorization Letter. Process and justify prices from different sources.
∎ Prepare and send work orders or purchase orders to vendors or manufacturers.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 25 to 30 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Must have good communication skills in English.
∎ Must have knowledge in Software Development, Data Center, Server Installation in various platforms (Linux/Windows) and Networking.
∎ Must have good skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
∎ Must have good knowledge of different types of software and its functionalities.
∎ Must have good knowledge of Computer hardware and accessories.
∎ Must have the knowledge to prepare the tender documents both in papers and e-GP.
∎ Make recommendations as appropriate to ensure maximum stability and minimum downtime.
∎ Must have good knowledge in documentation writing, like: methodology, Gantt chart, work plan, workflow diagram etc.
∎ We are looking for smart, enthusiastic professionals with a vast experience in Tender and project management with a sound and in-depth knowledge in Tender Submission process, Tender Clarifications, E-Tender Security Submission process, PPR-2006, PPR-2008 Planning and strategies and also being a team leader in training subordinates to contribute in accomplishing overall company goals.
∎ Should be smart, energetic, deadline-oriented & willing to work under pressure.
Salary: Tk. 25000 - 27000 (Monthly)
