Job Responsibilities:
∎ Analysis the production technical issue & provide technical support and quality-related issues.
∎ Handle style pre-production processes from final sample approval.
∎ Evaluate the sampling for the production, identify any difficulties that may arise during the per-production and estimate the efficiency of production with IE
∎ Work with IE for efficiency enhancement
∎ Cross checking line layout & operation breakdown before line start with IE and production team for required technical operation allocation.
∎ Lead pre-production meeting with Sample approval comments.
∎ Develop and trained technical associates and factories to align with the technical requirements of the brand
∎ Review critical styles and problems with QA manager during weekly meeting
∎ Review all worksheets / trim sheets / sample comments / approved fabric and art works
∎ New process Development
∎ Gap identified through skill matrix and take corrective action along with HR
