Education:
    • Bachelor of Science (BSc) in CSE, ETE
  • Preferred Professional Certification: Vendor certification like MTCNA, CCNA, will be an added advantage.

Requirements:

Skills Required: CCNA (Cisco Certified Network Associate),MTCNA

Additional Requirements:
  • Age 25 to 40 years
  • ISP experience is preferable.

  • Good communication skills.



Responsibilities & Context:
  • Previous experience in leading a team.

  • Ability to work under pressure.

  • Installation, configuration, implementation & maintenance of Networking devices like MikroTik, Juniper, Cisco, Firewall, Access Points and diagnosis problems.

  • Good Knowledge about different Routing Protocols (OSPF, BGP) and VPN Tunnels.

  • Ensure Technical Support/Guidance to Clients.

  • Coordinate with inter-department.

  • Provide support to clients by answering questions, replying to emails, providing information and assuring appropriate follow-up.

  • Provide onsite Technical Support if needed.

  • Network performance monitoring and reporting.

  • Work on shifts and weekends.

  • Other responsibilities are provided by management from time to time.

  • Certification on MTCNA, MTCRE, CCNA is preferable.

  • The candidate should have the ability to generate reports on demand.

  • Supervise and mentor support team; report team performance to Manager

  • Handle escalations and VIP clients; keep Manager informed of critical issues

  • Coordinate with NOC/engineering teams for technical resolutions

  • Troubleshoot network issues (MikroTik, Cisco, VPNs)

    Ensure SLA compliance and maintain logs; escalate breaches to Manager

  • Prepare performance reports and share with Manager

    Support pre-sales discussions with technical input

  • Develop SOPs and improve service processes; report gaps and solutions to Manager
