∎ BBA & MBA from a public university with major in Human Resources Management (HRM)

∎ 7 to 8 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Assist in formulating strategies to establish best talent acquisition processes and practices in the organization
∎ Coordinate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs
∎ Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
∎ Identifying strong and applicable talent from available candidates online.
∎ Assess candidate profiles including their resumes and other documents
∎ Ensure proper onboarding for new hires and the necessary paperwork is completed promptly and accurately
∎ Lead employer branding initiatives
∎ Actively work toward building a diverse and qualified team to support the organization
∎ Prepare reports for all recruitment statistics and maintain accuracy in system
∎ Ensure compliance to all company policies and recommend development to process if required

Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 30 to 35 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ Proven work experience in the role of Talent Acquisition
∎ Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting
∎ Firm understanding of recruiting metrics to drive decision-making
∎ Experience of managing a team
∎ Proficient in using MS Excel
∎ Excellent verbal and written communication skills
