Educational Requirements:
∎ Graduation / Post Graduation in Textile Engineering/Physics/Chemistry or any Science background.
∎ Preferred Professional Certification: ISO 17025

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 5 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Overall functioning of laboratories operation in respect of technical aspects.
∎ Organizing and monitoring training, quality checking and proficiency testing.
∎ Establishing any new test method and validating whenever it is necessary or under our scope.
∎ Sharing the knowledge to others colleague whenever any new buyer develops in respect of technical issue.
∎ Following up and ensuring proper corrective action of internal audit and correlation exercise as well as maintain the target time with all technical aspects.
∎ Upon receiving complaints to identify route cause analysis & take corrective action.
∎ Ensuring all the required environmental conditions to be maintained.
∎ Checking & signing of test reports.
∎ Ensuring good housekeeping of the laboratory.
∎ Managing and developing a team of laboratory staff and supervising them for completing the testing on time to meet the customer satisfaction.
∎ Monitoring the performance of the laboratory staff in respect to the quality and/or integrity.
∎ Answering any queries from customer which related to technical issues.

Additional Requirements:
∎ Awareness training of ISO 17025.
∎ Test method of technical training.
∎ Audit preparation training.

Salary: Negotiable
