Responsibilities & Context:
We are a reputed Trims & Accessories manufacturing company in Bangladesh, supplying to renowned RMG factories and buying houses.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Sales & Marketing professional who has strong own connections in Buying Houses and Garment Factories.
- Identify and develop new clients (Buying Houses, RMG factories) through personal marketing network.
- Achieve sales targets by bringing confirmed orders for trims & accessories.
- Build and maintain long-term business relationships with clients.
- Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with customers.
- Closely follow up orders from development stage to shipment and ensure on-time execution.
- Coordinate with internal merchandising/production teams for smooth order handling.
- Ensure timely collection of payments from customers.
- Prepare sales forecasts, visit reports, and regular updates to management.
- Keep updated knowledge about market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
