- Skilled in machine and table print operation
- Capable of taking responsibility of 5 oval machines and 7 flat tables
- Leadership and supervision skills
Responsibilities & Context:
- Meet production targets through effective team and process control
- Ensure uninterrupted bulk printing by coordinating material availability with Unit Head
- Review samples, grading, patterns, and technical files to align with customer requirements
- Resolve quality issues - screen, color, grading, placement, display promptly
- Collaborate with Planning, Merchandising, and support teams for smooth operations
