Educational Requirements:
∎ Honors/Masters in any discipline from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements:
∎ At least 6 year(s)

Job Responsibilities:
∎ Initiate and process advance disputes for all network partners.
∎ Maximize the recovery opportunity exploring all dispute rules available in the networks DMS.
∎ Project implementation related to dispute process.
∎ Provide highest level training within department and relevant stakeholders to adopt the changes in the upcoming new rules of payment systems.
∎ Manage/ faces and keep responses for all internal and external audit. (i.e. PCIDSS , ICC regulatory audit etc).
∎ Handle all type of advance and critical dispute cases. Process and response for pre-arbitration, arbitration, pre-compliance and compliance stage.
∎ Response and process regular fee collection / fund disbursement and supervise team members on critical dispute issues.
∎ Regular review all type of Hot list merchants, fraud bulletins, Fraud alerts of all network partners.
∎ Strongly maintain the dispute timeframe according to Julian calendar to ensure each and every disputes are processed.
∎ Regular communication with the network partner, regulatory bank and associate members bank of AMEX, VISA, MasterCard and CUP.
∎ Prepare and submit different type of dispute and fraud related report monthly/quarterly to payment network and regulatory Bank.

∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ The applicants should have experience in charge back and dispute management.
