∎ Identifying the target market and develop new business to enrich the portfolio and peruse growth opportunity and increase wallet -share of existing business
∎ Maximize profit and achievement of the growth of Citygem client's portfolio
∎ Develop existing and new relationships and build effective relationships with clients to retain and develop sustainable relationships
∎ Meeting budget and maximizing the Bank's earnings opportunities
∎ Prepare credit proposals and manage credit risk and to ensure high quality asset
∎ Cross-selling the full spectrum of product set with an emphasis on retail banking asset and liability products
∎ Through disciplined portfolio management, develop strategies to increase wallet share of existing clients and actively manage a prospect pipeline
∎ Earn trusted advisor status by integrating retail finance ideas and different deposit solutions to help clients navigate and choose the best financial solution
∎ Support & Assist Center Manager in arranging business review meeting, executing business plan
∎ Work as part of an integrated management team to ensure standards and are met and operating models delivered
