Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality at optimum level maintaining as per buyer requirement.
∎ Work with PP team to make sure all quality issues were addressed before line start.
∎ Ensure fabric inspection, in line inspection & final inspection.
∎ Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal.
∎ Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team.
∎ Maintain required MIS report.
∎ Work with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions if any failures found in above processes.
∎ Ensure compliance with Company policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land.
∎ Drive KAIZAN culture.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 28 to 37 years
∎ The incumbent should have at least 1 years of work experience with a large knit garments industry.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
