∎ B.Sc in AMT/GMT from any reputed University.

∎ At least 5 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Garment Quality, QUALITY ASSURANCE, Quality Control/ Audit, SEWING
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Garments
Job Responsibilities:
∎ Ensure quality at optimum level maintaining as per buyer requirement;
∎ Work with PP team to make sure all quality issues were addressed before line start;
∎ Ensure fabric inspection, in line inspection & final inspection;
∎ Follow up DHU% & finishing return & get corrective action;
∎ Discuss with sewing people & get correective action if any defects quantity(Shading, measurement out etc.) are more than target;
∎ Lead, motivate, train and appraise subordinates to accomplish business goal;
∎ Report any process deviation and take corrective action with team;
∎ Maintain required MIS report;
∎ Work with respective cross functional teams on corrective actions if any failures found in above processes;
∎ Ensure compliance with Company policies, Buyer requirements and laws of the Land;
∎ Drive KAIZAN culture.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age at least 28 years
∎ Both males and females are allowed to apply
∎ The incumbent should have at least 2 years of work experience with a large knit garments industry.
∎ Good communication (written/verbal) & presentation skills.
∎ Positive work ethics and result-oriented for assigned responsibilities.
∎ Self-driven to work under pressure and self-motivated to take new initiatives.
∎ Ability to maintain good interpersonal relationships and good teamwork.
∎ Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Salary: Negotiable
