Educational Requirements:
∎ Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering, Master of Science (MSc) in Computer Science and Engineering
Experience Requirements:
∎ 2 to 3 year(s)
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
Data Center, EPON and GPON, ISP, Linux server, Mikrotik, Network Engineer/ Network Administrator, NOC, OLT and ONU, Switch and Router
∎ The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Engineering Firms, IT Enabled Service, Technical Infrastructure, Telecommunication
Job Responsibilities:
∎ To configure and install application server, database server, storage system.
∎ Troubleshooting Servers, Storage (NAS/SAN), Software, and Configuration such as IIS, DNS, FTP, DFS and Webserver, Mailserver.
∎ To install, configure, and maintain, servers, storage, database, application backup solution.
∎ To monitor the environmental conditions of a data center to ensure they are optimum for servers, routers, and other devices.
∎ To perform system repairs and update software/operating systems.
∎ To ensure data center solution and prepare the solution documents.
∎ To ensure IP Phone, Video Conference system configure, installation and maintenance.
∎ To communicate OEM/ Manufacturer or Partner for Data Center solution.
∎ To conduct inspections on power and cooling systems to ensure they are operational and efficient.
∎ To ensure all work according to local, global regulations standard.
∎ To manage the EMS, EBD, cabinet space, cooling, power, networking, and all consumable capacities (cables, rail kits, etc)
∎ To ensure compliance with data center standards, policies, and processes via the defined change control process.
∎ To coordinate with support team to provide organizational user support and solution like install and configure computer hardware operating systems and applications, troubleshoot system and network problems, diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults.
Additional Requirements:
∎ Age 27 to 35 years
∎ Only males are allowed to apply
∎ Strong working knowledge of server hardware (rack and blade form factors).
∎ Good understanding of the electrical and mechanical systems used in a data center environment, including: UPS systems, ATS units, PDU/PMM units, and CRAC units.
∎ Ability to work on multiple projects with various groups including Systems Engineers, Storage Engineers, Networking Design & Architecture, etc.
∎ Deep understanding of VMware, Vspare, ESXi troubleshooting.
∎ Deep understanding HP/Dell server solution
∎ Deep understanding IP Phone and Video Conferenceing system
∎ Strong Documentation and solution knowledge.
∎ Should have strong ability of corresponding in English & Bengali
Salary: Tk. 20000 - 25000 (Monthly)
